1) Production & Estimated Delivery
- Production: typically 1–3 business days.
- Transit: typically 3–5 business days via USPS, UniUni, GoFo (or similar).
- Estimated arrival: around 7 business days total for most U.S. orders. Times are estimates, excluding peak seasons, weather, or carrier disruptions.
2) Coverage & Methods
We currently ship within the United States (including PO Boxes via USPS). Some addresses (e.g., remote locations) may have limited options. Orders with multiple items may ship separately.
3) Tracking & Confirmation
Tracking is provided where available. Title and risk pass upon the carrier’s confirmed delivery to the address provided.
4) Address Accuracy; Rerouting
Please ensure address accuracy at checkout. We can attempt address changes before shipment, but cannot guarantee success. Rerouting after shipment may not be possible.
5) Delivery Issues
If tracking shows delivered but missing, contact the carrier (file a claim if needed), then contact us at support@teediy.com. We are not liable for theft after delivery but will try to help.
6) Returns to Sender
If returned due to incorrect/insufficient address or unclaimed package, we will notify you. We can reship upon confirmation of the correct address; additional shipping fees may apply.
7) Delays
We aren’t liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, carrier capacity, peak seasons, customs/inspections if applicable in future).
8) International Shipping (Future)
If we enable international shipping later, additional terms (customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees) will apply and be disclosed at checkout.
