1) Custom, Made-to-Order
All products are made to order. No returns or exchanges for change of mind, color expectations, or incorrect size selection.
2) Covered Issues
We will repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion) when:
- Manufacturing/printing defects (e.g., severe misalignment, major print flaws);
- Transit damage;
- Incorrect item (different style/size/design than order confirmation).
3) Evidence & Timelines
Contact support@teediy.com within 30 days of delivery. Include order number, description, and clear photos of the issue and packing slip. Late or insufficient evidence may limit remedies.
4) Remedies
- Replacement (priority remake and reship at no cost), or
- Refund to original payment method if replacement is not feasible, or
- Partial refund/credit for minor imperfections.
We may provide a prepaid label when a return is required. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
5) Non-Returnable Situations
- Expected color variance due to screens/fabrics/inks;
- Reasonable sizing tolerances and minor placement variance;
- Marks associated with pre-treatment/pressing that wash out;
- Wear/tear or damage from improper care contrary to care instructions;
- Items altered by you;
- Packages returned due to incorrect/insufficient address, refusal, or unclaimed (re-ship fees may apply).
6) Address Issues & Delivery Problems
If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact the carrier first, then us; theft after delivery is not covered but we’ll try to assist. For returns-to-sender caused by address issues, we can reship after confirmation; additional shipping fees may apply.
7) Changes/Cancellations
Production usually begins quickly. Requests made after 1 hour from purchase are unlikely to be honored.
8) How to Care
Follow garment care instructions. Damage from improper care is not covered.
